- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am so grateful for our Beverly Hills Post Office. Customer Service at this location is well above all others in our area. Kim and Bubba create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I am in this post office several times a week. Since I began selling on eBay ten years ago they have always provided the very best in customer service. Kim is a very special person to me....when my son lost his legs in Afghanistan three years ago I had several packages to mail but needed to leave the state immediately. Kim went above and beyond in providing excellent service to assist me in getting my business taken care of yet getting out the door as quick as possible enabling me to get to my family.....and since then she continues to always take the time to ask how my family and I are doing. She will always hold a special place in my heart for her thoughtfulness. My business with USPS will continue to be only through the Beverly Hills location.By Debbie Plouff, January 24, 2017
